The status of your order will be updated online. Please log in to your T-shirt.ca account to confirm the status. You should also receive email updates about your order, so make sure you're checking your spam folders in case we end up in there!
To give a brief breakdown of the lifespan of an order, you'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed. Orders placed within our business hours will be taken care of the same day - whether that's sending them to the warehouse, or contacting you for any additional information we might need.
Pro Tip #1
If you log into your account and see that your order status is Awaiting Customer, please get in touch as soon as you can!).
Once the order has been submitted to our warehouses for processing, you should receive your tracking information within 24 hours.
Pro Tip #2
If you haven't received your tracking yet, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can make changes to or cancel your order! After an order has been submitted to the warehouse, we have a time frame of about ten minutes to make any requested changes, otherwise, it's too late. Once your order hits Awaiting Shipment it means there's no going back. Please make sure you're reviewing your order carefully before you finalize placing it!
