If you received damaged, incorrect, or missing items on an order, claims must be made within 10 business days from date of purchase. Claims made after this time may not be accepted. The quicker you let us know of a problem, the faster we can fix it for you!
Contact us with the details and attach any photos you feel might be helpful or relevant. If goods are proven to be damaged or incorrect, we will send out replacements as soon as possible. If goods are claimed as missing, we will do inventory counts and compare weight measurements taken by the warehouse and Purolator. If proven to be missing, we will send replacement items out as soon as possible.
