If you received damaged, incorrect, or missing items on an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims must be made within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Claims made after this time may not be accepted. The sooner you let us know of a problem, the faster we can fix it for you!
Contact us with the details and attach any photos you feel might be helpful or relevant. If items are proven to be damaged or incorrect, we will send out replacements as soon as possible. If items are claimed as missing, we will conduct an internal investigation by performing warehouse inventory counts and compare weight measurements/delivery photos taken by the courier. If proven to be missing, we will send replacement items out as soon as possible.
