Has your order recently shipped and does your tracking number not provide you with delivery information? Don't worry! This issue is most likely because your order is so new that it has not been scanned by the courier yet.
When an order has been set to the "Shipped" status and has been updated with a tracking number, our warehouse has printed off a shipping label and prepared the order to be picked up by the courier. Typically, these pickups happen at the end of the day. Once the order has been picked up by the shipping company, it will be scanned, and the tracking information will populate online.
Keeping on time with our shipping schedules, orders processed before 1 PM PST on business days will be picked up and scanned within the day. Orders placed after this time will likely not receive tracking information until the following business day.
