Cancelling or changing an order should be easy, right? I just call customer service and ask them to stop it; after all, it's only been a couple of hours since I clicked submit, so they can't possibly have packed it by then!

To ensure that we can provide the fastest possible delivery service and most accurate inventory allocation, we've set up processes to automatically submit your orders to our warehouses around the clock, whether it's during our hours of operation or in the middle of the night. Once the order is submitted the pick ticket is printed; at that point any window to make changes is long gone.
If you are able to call us during business hours within ten minutes of placing your order, there is a small chance that we'll be able to catch it before it gets to that stage. Once an order is awaiting shipment, the return policy is in effect.
