How long does shipping take?

Since we have warehouse locations across Canada, in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, it can be tough to estimate when you'll receive your order -- and we know that most people are hoping to receive their shipments quick!

Generally, Purolator Ground/UPS Standard will take about 1-5 business days (1 meaning the next business day, not the same day that the order is placed). The deciding factors are where you are and where the items will need to ship from. For example, if you're in Vancouver and the order can ship from our BC warehouse, you'll usually receive it the next day. If the items are only available in the Ontario location, the standard shipping time would be about 5 business days. 

If you can't risk the wait, we also offer a Purolator Express option at the checkout, which is next business day delivery to most locations (if you are in a rural area, there may be an extra day required, but will still be faster than ground shipping).

Note: You can now see on the product page (after you select the desired colour) where the stock is located, which will give you an idea about the delivery time. If you're adding items to your shopping cart and you see the shipping cost suddenly increase, chances are this means the order needs to either be split or will fully come from a further location.
