Need to return all or part of your order? No problem!
- Sign into your account via the T-shirt.ca website.
- Once you are signed in, you will see your order history.
- Locate the order(s) you wish to return.
- Click Return items?
- Select the item(s) and quantities.
- Select the return reason.
- Submit the return request.
It's that easy! Once we receive your request, we'll send you an email with the next steps.
Requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
- Returns must be authorized by T-shirt.ca.
- Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused.
- Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Altered or washed garments are non-returnable.
- Items that have been replaced cannot be returned.
Please note:
- Returns sent to a location (including our head office) not provided in the return instructions may be subject to additional shipping fees.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns must be sent via courier; local drop off is not available.
- Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of date of purchase.
- Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item(s) and place a new order at your convenience.
Return to Sender
- Please be aware that orders returned to sender are subject to a restocking fee.
Cancellations
- Once the order is sent to our warehouses for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
- Processing occurs within ten minutes of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours.
- Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it.
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
