Returns

Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just follow the simple steps outlined below:

• Sign into your account via the t-shirt.ca website
• Once you are signed in, you will see your order history
• Locate the order(s) you wish to return
• Click Return items?
• Select the item(s) and quantities
• Select the return reason
• Submit the return request

It's that easy! Once we receive your request, we'll send you an email with the next steps.

If you don't have an account, please contact us via the help widget. Please include your order number, a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colours, sizes and quantities. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date
• Returns must be authorized by T-shirt.ca
• Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused
• Altered or washed garments are not returnable
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Returns must be sent via courier; local drop off is not available
• Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of date of purchase
• Returns of items from orders that received free shipping may be subject to additional fees
• Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed

Exchanges

• Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges

Cancellations

• Once the order is sent to our warehouses for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it
• Processing occurs within ten minutes of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours
• Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it
• Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect
