Shipping Speed
- Delivery times depend on your location relative to our three warehouses located in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
- Apparel orders placed before 4:00 PM (local warehouse time) typically ship the same day.
- Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimated by the courier and are generally very accurate, but are not guaranteed. These estimates are based on orders being processed without delays or other unforeseen issues.
- Delivery within the same province typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to a different province usually takes 2–5 business days.
- Purolator Express is typically delivered the next business day to most Canadian addresses.
DTF Shipping & Pick-up
- DTF transfers ship from our Vancouver, BC facility.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM EST) are typically shipped the same day.
Delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carriers and are typically very accurate when ordering DTF's before 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM EST)
Pick-up is available at our Vancouver, BC facility located at 24 W 2nd Ave. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
Additional Details
- We ship orders using UPS Standard, Purolator Ground, and Purolator Express services.
- Orders may ship from multiple warehouses, resulting in extra costs or longer shipping times.
- Items in your cart aren't held until checkout; availability and shipping location may change.
- Orders over 500 lbs (approximately 1,000 t-shirts) will ship Free Freight via a freight forwarder which typically adds 1–2 business days to the standard delivery time. Courier shipping options will not be available at checkout for orders of this size.
If you prefer to ship by courier, please place multiple smaller orders. - To use express courier services for larger quantities, keep your cart weight under 500 lbs per order and express options will be available.
Shipping Restrictions
- Once processing begins, shipping methods cannot be changed.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or outside of Canada.
- At this time, we are unable to ship orders to Nunavut.
- * Some remote or rural locations may not qualify for free shipping, even if the order meets the minimum value. In these cases, a customer service agent will contact you to provide a shipping quote, and your order will proceed once the charges are approved.
- Same day delivery is not available.
Order Notes
- Order notes require manual review, which may delay processing, particularly outside business hours.
- Delivery requests are not guaranteed, and couriers cannot be contacted by phone.
Tracking Information
- You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
- Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email, and email us if the tracking information is missing.
Order Pick Up
- Warehouse pickup for apparel is unavailable, as our facilities are not open to the public.
