Orders placed for in-stock items before the warehouse cutoff times are typically shipped the same day; however, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Warehouse cutoff times are as follows:

- BC: 4:00 PM PT
- AB: 3:30 PM MT
- ON: 4:15 PM ET
- Orders are shipped via Purolator or UPS
- Most orders are typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days after being shipped. However, due to higher-than-normal volume with all major carriers currently, you may experience slight delays in transit times
- Same day delivery is not available
- Orders exceeding 500 lbs (approximately 1,000 t-shirts) will ship via a freight forwarder
- To utilize express shipping for such large quantities, please place separate orders
- We are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes or specific delivery dates
- Orders are shipped from our warehouses in BC, AB, and ON depending on proximity and availability
It is possible we experience delays at the beginning of the week due to an excess of orders placed over the weekend. Please plan ahead!
