DTF Local Pick-Up
DTF transfer orders can be picked up at:
24 W 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM EST) are typically ready the same business day. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email notification confirming it is ready for pick-up.
Apparel Orders
At this time, apparel warehouse pick-up is not available. Our warehouses are not open to the public, and all apparel orders must be shipped through our courier network.
Shipping vs. Pick-Up
For customers located near our Vancouver DTF facility, local pick-up can be a great way to avoid shipping costs and receive your transfers faster. Shipping rates for other orders start at $12.95 and are calculated based on order weight and destination.
Most orders ship using trusted carriers including UPS and Purolator. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the warehouse your order ships from.
Important Notes
- You must wait for your pick-up confirmation email before arriving.
- Same-day processing is typical but not guaranteed.
- Orders with special instructions or order notes may require additional processing time.
- Pick-up is only available for eligible DTF transfer orders.
