When submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or design files for Direct to Film (DTF) printing, customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use and reproduce the submitted content.
By uploading or submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork, logo, image, or design; or
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations to use it for custom printing; and
- The submitted artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, brand, logo, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party intellectual property right.
We do not independently verify ownership of submitted artwork. Customers are solely responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal issues that may arise from the use of artwork they provide.
Uploaded artwork and design files may be retained to help fulfill current orders, support customer service requests, maintain production records, and make future reorders easier.
